Hi, I’m Linda—wife, mom, fine-art photographer, walking to-do list, and recovering rush-aholic.
After years of living at full speed, I started to feel it—in my body, my mind, and definitely in my relationships. So I’m learning to live slower. Not to check out, but to check in—with myself, my people, and with God.
I created Minted Light as a kind of journal-meets-cozy-corner—a place to reflect, share, and (hopefully) laugh a little at the chaos while we all try to live with more intention and less overwhelm.
Along the way, I’ve also picked up my camera. Photography is one of the ways I practice slowing down—pausing long enough to notice the light through a window, the stillness of a field, or the joy of an ordinary moment. Some of those photos find their way into my posts, and a few are available as prints for anyone who wants to bring a little calm beauty into their own space.
You’ll find me writing (and sometimes photographing) about:
- How I’m learning to take rest seriously (even when it feels unproductive)
- Small routines that bring peace instead of pressure
- Family life that isn’t filtered or frenzied
- Faith practices that make room for grace
I don’t have it all figured out. But maybe that’s the point.
Thanks for being here.
